I love the story about the ex. it works great into the ad. As well as the picture of him just sitting there. it was pretty clever.

The psychotic boyfriend and milking a dog were so smart and funny in conveying how difficult it is to convince others he is safe and harmless. I like how you made it relatable by using pathos in the emotional aspect of deciding whether to clean your room or not... *guilty of that*

I like how you specify specific qualities you are seeking for in a roommate. It kinda got me thinking of who our roommates are going to be once we go into college. Great use pf rhetorical devices, especially the litotes (I enjoyed that one the most).

ummm ok kinda creepy that you used a picture of me with my shirt off without asking but its ok lets get passed that. I love the part where he has to find you attractive just to break the ice. Really funny.
