I really like the calm tone throughout the ad and the use of litotes is a good way of convincing people.

Sounds like a very easy time living there! Except for the cleaning, cleaning, dishes, laundry, jobs... Jk But really, nice way to use the litotes since it makes a lot seem like "not... much."
